Key Pickup Dates for 2025
Keys are only available on the following scheduled dates:

March 30th (Sunday) — 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the boat ramp (COMPLETED)

April 8th (Tuesday) — 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the boat ramp (COMPLETED)

â›” No other pickup dates are available. RCPIA relies on volunteers and cannot accommodate unscheduled pickups.
Need a Key Outside of the Scheduled Dates?
New to the neighborhood or just got a new boat?

Please contact us and we’ll try to coordinate with a volunteer for a special pickup.
Reminder: You must still bring all required documents and payment at the time of pickup.
What to Bring
To obtain a key, you must bring all of the following:

Completed Key Request Form (download [here] - PDF)

Old boat ramp key (if renewing)

Boat trailer registration for each trailer

Checkbook, exact cash, or Venmo
-
Additional $10 fee if you lost your previous key

✅ Be prepared to streamline the process — incomplete forms or missing documents may result in delays or inability to issue a key.
Fees for 2025
-
$20 – RCPIA Membership only (includes voting rights, no boat ramp key)

$100 – Membership + Boat Ramp Key (for Rock Creek Park residents)

$150 – Non-resident Boat Ramp Key (very limited approval)

$10 – Additional Boat Trailer Sticker

$10 – Lost Key Fee (if not returned from prior year)
Important Rules & Reminders

All boat trailers must display the correct RCPIA-issued sticker.

Do not lend your boat ramp key to anyone.

Violations of the rules may result in revocation of your key and loss of future access.

Always be courteous and respectful to your neighbors and shared community property — both at the ramp and on the water.

Please remember to LOCK the gate.
